MiSK City, a visionary new development conceived as a gift from the MiSK Foundation to future Saudi generations. Situated on the tributaries of Wadi Hanifah to the West of Riyadh, the site commands spectacular views across the Wadi basin and back towards the iconic downtown skyline. It is composed of a main Lifeline walkway, residential, commercial and retail components as well as a primary MiSK asset, the Culinary Arts Centre.

The Lifeline itself, conceived by the masterplanners as a ‘linear laboratory and the main artery’ of MiSK City runs through the center of the precinct and is flanked by the commercial component. Workplace typologies ranging from makers’ spaces to start-up incubators to grade A office spaces showcase their occupants’ innovations along the Lifeline which also serves as a primary retail spine, thus maintaining 24/7 activation and vibrancy, and manifesting the very DNA of MiSK City to the general public. A dynamic canopy runs along this trajectory creating a comfortable microclimate beneath it and serving as a metaphor for the lifeblood of the city.
