Silver Beach is a gateway to NEOM, it is a pioneering development in a unique and pristine landscape. Silver Beach can be described as ‘a City of the future available today’.

The dwell of the future is not just desirable but it’s responsible and adaptable. Where all three aspects of livability, technology, and sustainability will respond to each other to create an exclusive, beautiful, resilient & futuristic home.

This mansion prototype was inspired by corals as we learn from the fragile & adaptable members of our ecosystem to be responsible & collaborating with them to co-create a future together.
